Search Prophet is a web-based SEO traffic forecasting tool that enables marketing professionals and analysts to predict organic search traffic using statistical modeling with built-in confidence metrics. The currently available model is Holt-Winters ETS, designed specifically for seasonal monthly data such as organic sessions, and it generates 24-month forecasts accompanied by prediction bands that visualize uncertainty ranges for each projected period.
The platform analyzes historical data quality through fit-error metrics including MAE (mean absolute error) and MAPE (mean absolute percentage error), allowing users to evaluate forecast reliability before acting on projections. A minimum dataset of 24 months of monthly data is recommended for optimal forecast accuracy.
Additional modeling capabilities are listed as in development: ARIMA for autoregressive time-series modeling, SARIMA for seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average analysis, and Prophet for flexible trend and seasonality modeling with holiday-awareness built in. Direct GA4 API integration is also identified as forthcoming, which would allow analysts to pull data without manual exports. Side-by-side model comparison functionality is planned to help users identify the best statistical fit for their specific datasets.
Data privacy is emphasized on the page; user data is stored locally within the browser during the exploration session rather than transmitted to external servers, and export functionality is available once analysis is complete. The platform is built on Anthropic’s Claude Agent SDK.
